a great trip and will come to Nolinski again.. small friendly high end stylish boutique hotel. very efficient and hassle free check in and out.personal discreet service.staff very helpful and courteous.great attached restaurant.central location for shops restaurants Louvre Musee d'orsay all within easy walking distance.To us preferable to the old style large 'grand hotels' in terms of personal service and more relaxed cool vibe.. nothing really. everything went well..

Great location, spa not great, rooms excellent. The staff excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms were great quality and cleaning superb.. No coffee or tea in room which was strange for a five star hotel. Little toiletries in room and didn’t bring toothpaste when asked. The spa customer service was not good compared to hotel reception. Asked for time of a treatment but never got back to us.
On final morning booked a car to station that didn’t turn up and hotel staff didn’t do anything until I chased them so was 15 minutes late and had to get my own taxi in the street which was poor service for such a five star hotel..
