Great Pool Area. Stayed here for 11 nights an couldn’t fault this hotel. Room was basic but was just fine for what we needed. Has a great pool which has no shallow end which was fine for us but something to bear in mind if you’ve got small kids Alex and Sergei who manage the pool and bar were great with us massive shout out to those two! I’d recommend this hotel Cheers. .

Really nice relaxing stay. The rooms were brilliant clean and modern with decent balcony and pool view looks we had a recently renovated room location not the greatest in a bit of a run down area but only 15 minutes to the beach if you cut down the side streets the best part of Marmaris is the Marina harbour not as badly priced as made out to be clean and beautiful with some amazing restaurant bars. .

. U had to pay for the safe in your room buy sis not get deposit back at the end of your stay. U only got tea and coffee in your room on the first day and the meals were always burger turkey and chips. Hotel staff very friendly. Bar area smelt like it had been wiped with a sweaty sock so it put us off drinking at the bar as we were worried what the glasses would smell like. .

Horrible experience.. Awful hotel. For breakfast they do the same thing every single day and some foods are even rotten which is very disgusting like beans, tomatoes ect.No entertainment my kids were very bored during the evening. There was a shop in the hotel and everything was so expensive in the shop the bottles of water costed £1.60 however a shop called SOK was near it and a bottled water costed 10p. Sometimes the slide would scratch my kids and there is no lifeguard on service at the pool! Awful experience would not come back.. .

Amazing comfortable hotel great location. Back from another amazing stay at Club Viva, friendly staff amazing food and drinks. Pool is lovely and definitely big enough. Room's are very comfortable and clean and air con amazing Breakfast is lovely and something for everyone 5th time staying here will definitely be back. Sergio is brilliant and he goes above and beyond to make sure your happy. .

Not a 4 star hotel as the logo suggests.. We had booked for 5 nights, left the next morning as the bed sheets were dirty and the room had not been prepared for new guests. New sheets provided had holes in them. Management was not open to discussion for accepting responsibility. Concierge was not able to offer solutions. Very disappointed.. .

Amazing stay again. An another amazing stay at this beautiful hotel All the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Sergio is a very friendly and lovely bloke who we absolutely adore and we do keep in touch since we have met him. Brad Pitt has the best spa for a Turkish bath. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone rooms are comfortable and relaxed and the breakfast has lots of choice for everyone.. .

Fabulous breakfast. Clean room, pool and seating areas. Staff on the whole very pleasant, helpful and attentive. The breakfast is fabulous with everything you could want, very fresh and super coffee machine. Over priced pool bar drinks- only bought one due to being over charged which is a shame. Woken up during the night as staff gave new arrivals room key with access to my room- this was not dealt with effectively by management. Super DJ. I would return to this hotel owing to the beautiful breakfast, location and cleanliness.. .

Great staff and lovely hotel. This was my first trip to Marmuris and I had read some reviews about Club Visa but from our experience we have nothing but praise for the hotel and the staff .The hotel was modern and our room overlooking the pool was wonderful clean bright and modern .The staff can't so enough for you and are alway smiling despite the long hours they work and the manager is always on hand .The breakfast is good with plenty of choice . Brad Pitt the spa manager is passionate about his job and it shows we enjoyed the spa experience it's worth a try 😀 the location was good with plenty of local bars and restaurants on hand and plenty of local buses and taxis available Over all a very enjoyable experience and thank you Club Viva we will return 😀. .

Beautiful hotel and staff. Just back from a great holiday at club viva hotel I have no complaints the staff and management were lovely and helpful the room we had was lovely with pool view rooms cleaned daily I will be booking to go back soon this year. We had our lunch at the pool bar and sergi the manager made sure it was cooked perfectly. I would like to Thank everyone at club viva hotel for a lovely holiday. .
