of course all report. I stayed in room 412 the room was clean and a good size the bed was comfortable .the breakfast was good and tasty even though we didn't have the big room When we left we had smiles from Sailly and Naomi who were quick to make our departure we will come back for sure. .

It’s ok for a very short stay, but I wouldn’t come back there.. Location is great, just near the metro, direct line to the most popular attractions. It’s a new business area of Paris, quite safe, lots of places to eat.
Breakfast in the hotel is very good, but overpriced.. 1) The hotel needs renovation. Rooms are old.
2) Cleaning is very poor. We stayed for 3 nights, towels were not changed even once, room cleaning was done 1 time. On a second day they didn’t come to clean, and reception people couldn’t help.
3) beds are ok, but they covered mattresses with plastic waterproof sheets (like for kids night accidents). It was extremely uncomfortable, hot, irritating, I had eventually to remove that because impossible to sleep.
4) hotel staff don’t speak English, even reception or bar, impossible even to order coffee.
Generally, it’s rather exception, as Novotel chain hotels are decent. This is the first time I have had a bad experience with them, and I believe this is a particular team/place. Definitely needs management attention..

Never again. Very bad experience. Worst breakfast in our life, terrible service. Elevators dont work and you must walk to 14 floor. The bed is too hard for sleeping, you cant open windows.
We had breakfast on 14 floor, in 7:30 breakfast started and 15 min later there were no plates and no food, we were hungry. Next day we complain and they let us to eat breakfast on first floor. There the breakfast was fine and next day again on 14 floor it was disaster. We eat out from thad day. The lady who is manager was agresive and no helpful at all. This hotel dont deserve 4 stars.. .

BAD EXPERIENCE. The reception staff were friendly.. We were robbed on the last day.
The safe was broken.
200 eur were stolen from my purse.
I reported it at the reception.
They said the boss would get in touch.
The has been no response to date.
I travel a lot through the booking app.I've never had anything like this happen to me.
The room was poorly cleaned.
The trash was not emptied during all the days of our visit..
