Fantastic Service. This Motel is outstanding the check in was fast efficient friendly and relaxed the traveller immediately. All question were answered in a manner that you believed your total experience was most important to all the staff. The decor is beautiful from the library to games area reception lifts and rooms.
Breakfast was delightful and don’t miss a coffee from the lovely Celia who was exceptional in her efforts to serve and ensure our stay was 10/10. .

Lovely hotel. Came for one night before my flight home. The hotel is a little further out than I expected but that’s my fault for not checking in a map. There’s some great bars though nearby and eateries. Rooms were fantastic, modern clean and comfortable. Good quick service. My only feedback is the shower needs a door as the whole bathroom was flooded after my shower but otherwise fantastic place!. .

Great option for a city break. Great place to stay for a city break, easy access to public transportation, good breakfast at the hotel, the rooms are soundproof. The only downside of the room was that the bathroom had no ventilation, accumulating a lot of steam.. .

Lovely clean quiet hotel with friendly staff.. Quiet hotel, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean. Location is slightly out of the centre but you can walk along the river to the sights in about 20 minutes. Business district with not a huge amount going on but we liked that - the brasserie next door is a great spot with Parisians going about their business. In the hotel itself there's a nice space for having a coffee or a drink till late in the evening. It's right next to Quai de la Gare metro station and Bercy station is about ten minutes walk away. Very handy for Orly airport, the 14 goes directly from there to Bercy.. Nothing, all good..

Nice hotel and staff, but bed bugs ruined our stay. Overall, a good hotel as such with very friendly staff.. The room had bed bugs (!) and the hotel did not take it as seriously as it was required. From the size of the bed bugs (early and late stage) it was obvious that they had been around for at least a week. However, the hotel did neither inform previous guests of the affected room, nor asked professional pest control to take care of it.
As much as I like the staff of the hotel, I think this is not acceptable and I will indeed not consider this hotel for future bookings..
