Poor. . AC would not turn on. Had to sleep (or not sleep) with the windows open. couldnt sleep well due to temperature and noise from the street..

The best breakfast. The bathroom was beautiful. And the breakfast was excellent. Fresh orange juice, just squeezed, fresh filter coffee, fresh fruit, as well as a full range of hot and cold food. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Rome.. .

The perfect place to land after a long flight . Clean , comfortable and within walking distance of the Colliseum and man. An elegant and convenient location , close to some really lovely cafes and a food market , staff was very helpful and accommodating.. .

Hotel Rafaello. Wonderfully comfortable charming hotel with super friendly staff. The location was ideal, 10mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk to the Colleseum. Great restaurants close by, as well as small supermarket. The room was comfortable, beds super cozy and fluffy towels in the bathroom! The breakfast was tasty and had all the juices, meats cheeses etc as well as pastries and cereals. The staff will book a taxi for you if needed, and even have umbrellas for use if necessary.. .

Great. Great location, our family room was spacious, good breakfast, selection of pillows, quiet room. Missing storage/ shelves/ hooks in our family room, sometimes long waiting time for coffee at busy breakfast time.

Lovely Italian hotel.. Just a lovely hotel. It was a walk away from the centre.
The beds were comfy, the place was spotlessly clean.
My friend had asked for two single beds, on booking and slippers no slippers were provided, but it was fine with a king size and the room size was perfect for a few nights.
The supermarket was next door. The only thing missing... a bottle opener. I bought one from the shop but it was pricey!
A great break in Rome. On the last morning we treated ourselves to a breakfast which was lovely. The lady was lovely bringing us scrambled egg once it was ready.
Thanks for a lovely stay in room 212.. .

Good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Location was good as major sights were within walking distance. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful.. The room was tiny to the extent that it difficult to manoeuvre getting getting in and out of bed. There was no side table just a nearby shelf. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was not open so there was nowhere to drink or socialise..

Perfect small hotel in centre of Rome. Perfect small, family hotel run by friendly efficient staff.
We had a larger family room for the 2 of us.
The room was well furnished and modern with a large, comfy bed and a beautiful, marble bathroom. It had a large walk in shower and the water temp. was easy to regulate. The whole room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The internet worked perfectly.
We had breakfast every day of our stay served in a lovely dining room. The breakfast choice was excellent and plentiful - lots of cold meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs and hot meats.
The waiting staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. They made us cappuccinos and lattes when we asked for them and nothing was too much trouble for them.
There is a lounge where we could help ourselves to coffee, tea and pastries during the day.
The hotel is ideally situated for the sights around Rome on a quiet street but just a 10 minute walk from the train and bus station.
We would always return to this hotel if we come back to Rome.. .
