Great location and prise-wise it was okay. The location and the facilities were great, the host replies quickly and the people who take care of the rooms are very kind and helpful. The room itself could use some work, some outlets were loose and the bathroom had some musty smell. Also the walls are thin, so you could hear people coming and going. Tip if you find the beds too hard, they provide blankets and we used them to soften the matras..

Good stay, nice location that is close to attractions. Room was spacious and we slept very comfortably. The bathroom should be cleaned better they are getting moldy.

I recommend the place without getting excited. It is a pleasant, comfortable and hygienic place.. Well, to be honest, my first impression was on the landlord of the apartment, Mr. Stefano Arcieri, he is a person with a unique character, in fact I have been to several AIRBNBs around the world, and I had the opportunity to meet many good landlords, but Stefano received a 100% star rating, a super nice guy, respectful and professional that he was dealing with us from the first day to the last day. Thanks 🙏 . We found the apartment super organized, more than what is described in the presentation on Booking.com, the neighborhood where the apartment is located is completely safe and quiet area for my family and I as tourists, this helped us to have a good rest after a long sightseeing tour. through the fantastic streets of Rome, in such a way that we feel even much happier. Talking more about the apartment itself , the bedroom and bathroom were completely hygienic and had five very comfortable beds, the bed sheets and bath towels were super hygienic, it has a heater and also has AC, the kitchen has everything you need which was useful and served us for our stay, I also want to thank you Stefano in advance for the breakfast and say that we loved that big bread 😂. The neighborhood has several restaurants around, there is also a variety of stores for shopping for food, my family and I loved staying there, and we already consider the apartment as our favorite place for our next visits to Rome.. Nothing! 🤝.

Exceptional. Brilliant stay in family room. Kitchen stocked up with goodies so the kids were in heaven. We have a late flight home and the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. Fabulous little gem and we will be back.. .
