Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet hotel. Very well conceted with all main attractions.. The hotel has it all. Its is safe, clean and very quite despite its central position in the street and in the town. Staff is very friendy. Main entrance can be reached anytime. The grocery store / supermarket, pubs and small restourants are in the same street, just few steps away, as it is the bus station that conects you with all main attracitions (Opera house, Louvre Museum, Latin district and its Chatedral). Love everything about this hotel.. .

Clean, cold, expensive room. Kind staff.. Clean! Good basic toiletries. Reception staff very kind, efficient, and fluent in English. Location perfect.. No hot water in the shower, lukewarm water was available for 60-90 seconds before changing suddenly to icy cold and staying that way. At night. Room temperature too low and controlled centrally -- thermostat says it is set at 21 but is actually 16-17. No electric kettle/any other way of generating some warmth. This level of cost-cutting is simply unacceptable for the amounts you charge. Budget hotels in Central London are better and that is saying something..

Fantastic BUT.... This hotel would have rated 5/5 if it were not for suffering bed bugs for 5 nights we were at hotel. Not having encountered bed bugs in decades of travelling, we were initially unfamiliar with welts, severe itching and prolonged symptoms which followed. Yes- we did inform staff of insect issues but request for fumigation not done or misunderstood - even after showing severe welts in arms and facial bites. Hotel otherwise visibly very clean, friendly staff, great location. . .

Friendly small hotel. Hotel is situated in a good location but be prepared to walk to the main attractions or take the metro. The room was rather small but clean and comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing. Staff very friendly and helpful.. .
