Small place but nice. Property is conveniently located one block from Main Street (istiklal street). Nice cozy place , great staff and Kerim is a fantastic human being who helps beyond anyone acceptation.

Disappointing Experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything Istanbul has to offer specially Istiklal Street. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and I have to give a special shoutout to Kerim. They generously provided us with a late check-out for free, which was such a thoughtful gesture from them knowing that our flight is late.. We’ve visited this hotel six times before over the years, and we always had a good experience, which is why we chose to book here again. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disappointment. The rooms were not clean and had a persistent sewage smell, forcing us to keep the balcony door open throughout the night despite the 2°C temperature. This resulted in us getting sick, with my wife—who is 12 weeks pregnant—catching the flu. We requested a room change, but every room we checked had the same odor issue. The air conditioning system made loud, concerning noises, as if there was an electrical fault. This kept us on edge, worrying about potential fire hazards. To make matters worse, we were woken up every morning at 6 AM by cigarette smoke entering through the bathroom, despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. The breakfast offering was another letdown. Although breakfast hours were stated as 8–11 AM, arriving at 10 AM meant most food was gone. When food was available, the selection was very limited—just two types of cheese, eggs, and coffee. The bathroom water reeked of chlorine, leaving us smelling like we had just swum in an indoor pool after a shower or hand wash. Additionally, the room lacked sufficient electrical outlets, and those available were inconveniently placed far from the bed. Overall, our experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. It’s disheartening to see how much this hotel’s quality has deteriorated, and we would not recommend staying here again unless they fixed the problems..

It has reasonable price and recommended. The location is the best thing Resorption staffs are really friendly and helpful. Small rooms Problem in drain of water in bathroom.

Exceptional. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what stood out most was the helpful and friendly staff and manager. They were attentive without being overbearing and always willing to assist with any questions or recommendations. While the amenities were fairly standard, the staff’s warmth made the experience feel more welcoming. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for good service and a comfortable place to stay. .
