Found some o the staff awkward to deal with.. Room was good. Terrace area was good but no cusshions on the seats.. There was a strong smell comung from the shower area. All the time. When we checked out, i sked the lady at the reception about the amount to be refunded from my deposit and she was annoyed by it. 3 weeks later and many emails sent, and amount is not refunded yet. Today they asked me to send my bank statements to confirm payment hadn't been received!!! Also, when you book, they do not tell you abot the extra ''City charges''.

Fabulous weekend stay before Christmas. EVERYTHING! The location is so ideal for the metro and my son who lives in the area! The wellness center is fabulous to relax and refresh! The food was a high standard. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The room and hotel public areas immaculate!. There were no complimentary/spare toothbrush toothpaste or biscuits! Coffee was amazing though..

Ok for an off beat stay, esp on the weekend.Not worth’€ 300+. Clean place, with lots of cafés and restaurants around.The flea market is right outside on the weekends.. The room could have been given at 1 pm, as had been told in the online checkin.But it seems they wanted to stick to the 3pm checkin rule. The bed is very uncomfortable with terrible pillows. The room was too warm , had to open the windows at night. The housekeeping poked around my possessions. One of my hearing aids was found under the bed I had definitely left them in a case , which was zipped up in a pouch. It’s also not central.Requires a 20-30 minutes cab ride to Marais and other areas of interest to a tourist..

This is not a five star hotel. Save your money and go stay in an Ibis. Great location. My room was filthy, loud and didn’t have any coffee in it.

Keep it up ; all members of your staff seemed dedicated to their mission. Very original Nice design Calm. Liked everything except for the chair at the restaurant Awesome experience despite the fact , it was short.

Can recommend it for good rooms, very friendly staff and very quiet neighbourhood. Bed is comfy!. Very friendly staff, fresh breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful and quiet hotel. Ideal for rest.. Sauna and steam room / pool area. Floor was not clean and drains blocked.. the steam room was hot and good but the floor and drains uncomfortable so had to wear slippers..

A beautiful hotel but not five stars.. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, the hotel’s proximity to the high line (coulee verte) and Bastille. The building has a beautiful facade. There were free drinks (juice or flavoured lemonade) in pitchers as we waited in line to check out.. The hotel was not five stars. We were woken up twice. The first time (admittedly early, 9:30 pm) when we received a call for someone that gave our room number to the receptionist but who seemed not sure. The caller hung up when I answered. Confused, I called back the reception desk and it was confirmed that the caller did not name us by name. Just an hour later, we were woken up by a fire alarm. We got dressed and went outside. The woman at the reception seemed confused. When the ringing stopped, we only got a « désolée pour ça » (sorry for that) as we walked past by way of explanation. The next morning, we tried to make coffee but the machine was broken and there was no cream. To the hotel’s credit, we were given free coffee that was brought up to our room. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna, but again staff seemed largely absent in the spa until almost noon. The overall feeling was of a place that is understaffed..
