Wonderful Hotel. This hotel is attractive and amazing… I loved the entrance and the pleasant atmosphere and smell in the lobby and the corridors .. very unique indeed…but the most interesting thing is that Mr. Buğra the front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful… I swear that he made my day better by his hospitality and generosity.. he upgraded my room and my friend’s room .. he kept asking me if there were anything else he could do to make our stay even better! How amazing is that?! Thank you Buğra and thank you Divan Mersin hotel management for the very well trained staff! Impressively professional.. thank you.. .
