An adorable hotel with wonderful service.. We picked this hotel for its location being 2 blocks from the RnR into Paris but we were hugely pleased by how pretty the rooms were. They are a nice size with a bathroom down the hall. The breakfast is delicious but most of all, Stephanie, who is the receptionist, was so nice and helpful. I looked forward to seeing her. She was so warm and made our stay even better.. Nothing.

We will be back!. We use this to stay when visiting our family in Antony ... so it is just a place to retire to after time with family. The hotel is very well appointed, things like electric, plumbing, lighting well thought out. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds and room, and (for us) uk channels on TV. We don't eat here so cannot comment on food service. We have tried others ... but not a patch on Montbriant ... we will be back!. .

Not very happy. . We requested a transfer to the partner hotel 10 mins away, Montibrand in Anthony, which had vacancy and it would have prevented us from moving hotels for one night . This was not possible as this hotel was more expensive and they refused to move us, as they wanted more money for the room we booked. In the end we said keep the money and we would prefer to stay in the same hotel for connivence. Again this was not possible. We were short of time and asked if they can do an transfer of the luggage- again not possible. Overall customer service was very poor, only interested in charging more money for standard room. The reception staff were not very friendly . The reason why they did not want to transfer us to the Montibrand Hotel was that they would have had to refund us the difference..

Not good.. . The staff were not very helpful. Refused to help to transfer booking from their partner hotel on Berny, so that we did not have to move for one night. It was money orientated to get the maximum amount per booking during the Olympics time. Even though both hotels had vacancies.
We asked for spoon to eat yogurt in the afternoon, that was not possible- said that they did not have any spoons!
The shower gel was empty ..
