A complete nightmare with no support from booking.com and no refund. This is a scam and booking.com should have refunded our money but haven’t. It is booking.com responsibility to ensure the accommodation they advertise exists. Been a loyal customer of booking.com but will never book with them again. Scam . Doesn’t exist.

Cozy place in Istambul. I liked the location becasuse ir really near to The Saint Sophie Mosque, Blue Mosque, Palace de Topkapi and the Grand Bazaar, If you want to go to the Galata Tower you take the 10 line, and the hotel is very near to a station train. the breakfast was aceptable , Id liked the sweets, very delicious.. I did not like that the pool and the sauna never were open to the clients, if you go to the morning they said , open at noon, if you go this time, they said retorn to the night. All was becasue at this time you have to paid for each services ten euros.
Another thing was the heating was very high, not was posible to low..
