Average. We have just returned from this hotel. We all had an amazing time. Fabulous location and spotlessly clean. The spa is a must. The best massage ever.
However every morning was a struggle to find sun beds. If you went down after 8:30 all sunbirds had towels on. For the size of the hotel I don’t believe there is enough sun beds to cater for the hotel and that was mid May so peak season may be terrible. Food was nice. Yes and coffee in rooms but only paper cups and only on the first day. No mugs were left. We had to drink from a very small glass at first. Our friends had amazing service from the cleaners in the rooms. We had a room of 3 yet only 2 glasses. Air con kept turning off through the night.
All in all a good hotel but not a 4* . .

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. - No sonor insulation! You can hear everything from the neighbor room even from outside. There is a bar in front of the hotel.
- No radiator, no system to heat the room!
- Not enough cabinet in the room and in the bedroom.
- Very complicated to get into the room with a baby trolley. You have to take 2 different lifts and there is stairs in between.
- The breakfast is poor, the quality very bad. We have had the breakfast outside everyday.
- The crew is not helpful at all.
The only positive point is:
