Overall, we were completely satisfied with the choice of accommodation.. The location is prefect. Underground and Spanish steps are just around the corner. The room was quite spacious. Air conditioning was there, so we could warm up/cool down the room. We liked the cafe where the breakfast was and the breakfast itself was quite simple but still nice. Bedsheets and towels were clean.. The floor was dirty and there were no slippers. There were no hair conditioner as well. The room walls are quite thin, so audibility is too good and you can hear some noises from other rooms..

Convenient, close to restaurants and friendly staff. Location is perfect for the price point. I had an afterhours arrival, and the staff were extremely accommodating considering the time we arrived. Would stay there again. Air Conditioning wasn't cold enough (which was explained but still could've been better).
