After the apocalypse. My advice to anyone looking to book at this hotel or its neigbour Hotel Kyriad its neighbour is to give them the widest berth possible We stayed the night as we were to pick up our car the next day.These hotels are like
a post apocalyptic nightmare. You cannot get hot water to make a cup of tea even.The staff at both hotels are the grumpiest, surliest individuals we have ever met.Its not that we are fussy and in our years of travel we have stayed in some dodgy places but these two take the cake.Avoid the breakfast at all costs Istarted the day with it and ended the day with a severe stomach bug. .

If you go, try to find Mehdi. We came from England for 5 days in Paris in an affordable hotel very close to the airport, the airport is not a 5 star celebrity hot spot however there was a member of staff that I found to be extremely polite and helpful called Mehdi, I said when I got back to England I would leave this review, he helped me and my partner find some nice tourist spots nearby and explained what metros to take and was more than willing to print off tickets for us as we wanted to visit the louvre. The other staff members were polite enough but Mehdi stood out. -Michael and Millie. .

Exceptional. There is a free minibus service to and from the airport to the hotel. It is excellent value for money, basic but clean, friendly staff and right next to a brilliant restaurant - Pedra Alta - which I can highly recommend. Nothing!.

Passable. The available late checkin. Free shuttle.. Only two sockets per room. Broken towel hook. Broken shower handle. Broken radiator (replaced by another one plugged on one of the 2 sockets.
Impossible to book the shuttle when v’booking the room. As we arrived late, we had to get up … early because there was no more seats available on the time slot we wanted..
