Exceptional. The location was perfect for vacations. The neighborhood was very cool! The stuff was very helpful. The room was very clean.. One night we woke up in the middle of the night because the fire alarm was ringing! It was a false alarm but it was stressful..

The room was quite small but this is to be expected in Paris for this central location.
Comfy beds.
The staff were excellent - charming, organised, and kind. The 24 hour reception is a great service.
There is a small elevator which is a bonus for Paris.. Breakfast was just fine. Pastries cooked from frozen but still good. Some of the same food had been there for days including sliced meats, and the tomatoes and cucumbers were wrinkly and evidently old.
It was quite noisy but again, to be expected of an old building located in the heart of the Marais.
At one stage, a male hotel employee came into my room to fix something without prior notice. Although the gentleman was very pleasant this was somewhat off-putting when travelling alone as a female..

Great location but very small rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary drinks were available in the lobby. It was warm and well located to Place de La République and metro stations.. The room was very small. There wasn’t even enough room to open my suitcase except on the bed. The shower ran out of cold water later in the day..

terrible staff with small rooms inna great location. it was clean 👌 The staff weren't helpful at all... It's a pity, there are lots of eager people who would love this job and do it very well. I can't even be bothered to say how terrible the staff were. this weekend. especially a young girl with glasses she was god awful.. the staff! the front of the hotel, the lifts, the size of the rooms.....

Teeny tiny rooms.. . The room was incredibly small!! Bathroom tiny. Could barely move about the room or store anything. Wouldn't return or recommend. The whole hotel was a bit tired..
