Good hotel and staff - good location.. Good hospitality good staff especially Mary , clean rooms , very close to Lafayette galleries , close to metro , a lot of restaurants beside .. walking distance to a lot of important places , small rooms but it’s functional , cosey pace and nice. .

Nice and clean. The hotel staff is very welcomming and helpful. We arrived before check-in so they stored our luggage for free. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds as well.
The breakfast was ok and a lot cheaper than at a restaurant down the road.
We would love to stay here again.. .

Disappointing, smelly room. I was in Paris with my wife for a romantic stay and we chose this place based on the great reviews which emphasized cleanliness. We are not snobbish people and will happily stay in tiny rooms with basic amenities as long as they are clean and the hotel service is good.
Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. The hallways smelled like vinegar or ketchup, the room itself was dingy and had various marks/stains on the walls and the furniture looked extremely used. Worst of all the room smelled very strongly of dirty socks. It appeared to be coming from the carpet. Combined with the stains and marks all along the walls we decided to just eat the loss and book a much nicer, unfortunately more expensive hotel, nearby.
Front desk gentleman was friendly upon check-in but suggested that we leave our room keys at the front desk whenever we left the hotel? I believe this was suggested for safety and security, but I have traveled all over the world and stayed at dozens of hotels, not once has this ever been suggested and I found this extremely odd.
It appears others have stayed at this hotel and been happy, but we had an awful time and found the cleanliness to be among the worst of the many hotels we've stayed at.. .

Good location and very friendly staff. Staff were very friendly and the location was really good for shopping and restaurants. Room was a little bit dated and the mattress was a bit hard.
