Well located and budgeted. No real complaints. Well located budget hotel near The Latin Quarter. Just around the corner there are some of the most famous Paris restaurants, La Coupole and Le Dome for instance. Within walking distance of the Montparnasse cemetery and Montparnasse Tower. The hotel has nice staff. The elevator is small, as is the stairway – and steep. OK shower, but its water pours to the bathroom floor. Enough hangers, which was appreciated. The breakfast is modest, adequate though. Soundproofing could be better. But as said, no real complaints. Can be recommended.. .

Great location!. Location is superb! 5 minutes to Gare Montparnasse (where u can take the train to Versailles Chantier and walk to the entrance in 10 minutes), metro Line 4 Vavin,metro line 14 and RERB Port Royal all within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe. Room is tiny as expected (can’t fully open our luggages). Staff is friendly, you leave room key at the front desk and retrieve it upon returning by telling the staff your room number, it feels a bit unsafe as I don’t know if they will give it to anyone who knows the mechanism of how it works. Breakfast is very basic for 11 euro, croissants/baguettes, jam, yogurt, coffee (it’s included in our rates otherwise do not recommend spending 11 euro on it). The only minus is the weird sound coming from the air con or water pipe? And literally no soundproof, you can hear everything from next door. Overall would recommend the hotel for its convenience. . .

So bad.. I don't eat breakfast. Price and personel. The staff took money from us twice to ensure their safety. There were no slippers in the room and there was a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms. We were not satisfied at all..

Unpleasant experience and rude staff.. Location is convenient. I booked for 2 nights. The first night was a nightmare. The rooms are very close together. You can hear everything in the room next to yours. Including hearing the toilet flush. You can clearly hear the tv or music from the room next to you.
I was kept up off and on all night due to the room next to me. I asked to change my room. I was told I couldn’t. I asked for a manager the next day I was told there was no manager. The staff person was very argumentative and basically accused me of lying. I was told there no manager because the problem was solved. The person that caused the problem the night before was checking out. When I returned I was person had not checked out..
