Well located, friendly staff. Stayed for 3 nights during the Olympics. Although the room was quite pricey due to the ‘special’ Olympic rate, the hotel was nice. It was near to a metro and RER (5 mins walk) as well as plenty of bars and restaurants which meant we didn’t have to go into the centre for dinners. There were also lots of places with very long ‘Happy Hours’ which meant a beer was much cheaper than we expected. The room in the hotel was basic but clean and perfectly good. It was nice that there was a water cooler and hot drinks machine that we could help ourselves to. All the staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful.. .

Exceptional. the staff was so, so, sooo nice, so helpful! great location, quiet and super close to metro station (M14 - 3-4 stations to principal attractions) room was comfortable and clean. .

Excelletn stay. Excelet location. Metro and train station was just a couple of minutes away. The room was exceptionally quiet despite being by the busy road. Excellent breakfast. Room had a great bath and shower. There is plenty of room for the storage as well.. Towels were not changed for 3 days while we were there.

Falsely advertised as Airconditioned. Falsely advertised as Air Conditioned. They never turn it on. Room was hot and difficult to sleep in the night. After being lied about that they are working on it, finally they gave us a Fan. Elevators are also locked and can't be used. Staff are friendly and Breakfast is good.. .

Comfortable and good value budget hotel. Would recommend. We stayed as a group of friends for a nearby sporting event. Location just a few mins walk to to metro meant that it was also easy to get to some of the main sightseeing attractions of Paris. We had two twin rooms on the second floor. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. We felt the rooms were a bit lacking in storage space for clothes, as they have no wardrobe or drawers but otherwise the rooms were comfortable. The reception and public area is compact but rather nice and the 24/7 coffee machine is a nice touch. The dining room for breakfast is quite spacious. Breakfast buffet is good, with staff continually re-stocking the breakfast. All in all this is a pretty good value and comfortable budget hotel.. .

Exceptional. The room was extremely comfortable and the hotel was clean and chic. The entire staff team was extremely polite and helpful, with a special mention for Dana who checked us in within 15 minutes of arrival which was excellent as we travelled the entire morning. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again the next time we visit Paris.. Not applicable..
