. This is not nearly a 4.5 star property. The room was not in good condition. The curtains were stained and the doors to the closet and minibar area were chipped. The bathroom lacked amenities such as shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, Q tips, box of tissues. There was a shaving razor kit that was left over perhaps from someone else’s stay. Large bottles of liquid soap was provided in the shower and sink area. There was not anything to write on or a pen/pencil to used to write with. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room which many hotels provide such as a Nespresso coffee maker. Although the room was small, there was plenty of hangers in the closet and a good amount of space to put away personal belongings. The complementary breakfast was ok for European standards. I did not venture out to the pool area or bar. The positive things were the location and the drinks that were provided in the complementary mini bar. The staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful. I appreciated having a taxi outside the door when leaving for the airport.. .

Brilliant location hotel. Stayed at this hotel for a week in October as part of our annual trips to Barcelona. Excellent location close to Plaça Catalunya, El Born, Gothic Quarter and Eixample. Easy walk to all major sites. Very comfortable room. All amenities as described. Great rooftop bar and pool which we used daily as well as a Sauna. Overall this please is excellent. Front of house staff are always excellent and very helpful. Highly recommended. .

Modern and great location. Lovely welcome from Artur on arrival, whom was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Artur helped with directions and tickets to attractions, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We had a spacious, quiet corner room on 6th floor. Which was perfect for our stay. Amazing rooftop bar/restaurant with views across the city. Breakfast was great for €16 a day for three days. Served 7am to 10.30am. Brilliant, central location with no need for taxis to anywhere. Would definitely recommend. Five stars.. .

. Loved this hotel. Location was fabulous. Staff really nice on reception. Room was always reset everyday and the drinks in the mini bar is a lovely touch.
We had the hotel breakfast one morning was vast and delicious. There are so many great places to eat locally as well, we were spoiled for choice.
The rooftop pool and bar is excellent. Vibe is fun and chilled. Mix of age groups as well which is nice.
This was our first trip to Barcelona but it won't be out last and when we go back we'll be back here. . .

Location Location Location. Not a 4 star hotel !! Great location , sadly ,that was the only thing that was great .£ 200 per night I expected more .Room ridiculously small & cramped it felt like we were in a box so dark and depressing.
Shower was the great first night then we couldn't use the overhead spray, as button was stuck .Shower gel holder kept falling off wall ...The chamber maid gave up & just left it on floor ...
Our room was not cleaned until 4.30 on our first day .We sat in Reception waiting & waiting !! Room was clean , but No replenishment of hospitality tray during our stay .
Pillows are synthetic & too soft .
I wanted hotel to be great as my son has moved to Barcelona & this hotel is very close .
Unfortunately it wasn't & we wont be returning .. .
