It’s awful!!. NOTHING WAS GOOD!. The Hotel is located in one of the most dangerous areas in Turkey called Dolapdere. (Don’t get fooled by the pictures online, it does not look like that in real life!) The room was disgusting and smelly. The toilet was stinky. There were bugs in the toilet everyday (cockroaches too) and you could here everything, so the sound isolation is very bad. First time I entered my room the sheets were dirty.
I never recommend this place especially for families yuck!! Not to say the staff was terrible at service especially the lady very unwelcoming!.

Bad. Nothing. Staff very rude and Air-conditioning was working first night then rest of nights not working just central heating very bad location next to auto garage area. Also all pics on booking website doesn't match the reality moreover the bath tap was broken.
