Great hotel and awesome location. Great place to be in Istanbul. It is really very central, you can walk 5 min. to the Cevahir Mall and to the Metrobüs and Trains. It's a very safe hotel, also good for lonely traveling womens, if they are staying in Turkey for medical treatments, like me.
Friendly stuff, clean rooms and perfect service. We'll come back soon again!

Passable. Good location, many restaurants, shopping malls, groceries nearby. But quite far from center of the city. The cleanliness of the room is quite concerning. During my stay, We discovered several dead cockroaches around the bed. The facilities are in dire need of thorough cleaning.

I recommend focusing on regular deep cleaning and renovating the rooms to improve the overall experience.. The location was great and easily accessible to everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful.. I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It needs renovation and was not clean. The toilet, especially the tiles, was dirty and should be cleaned more thoroughly..

Different level. Reality compared to the pictures online is a bit different. The hotel os nit "fresh" equipments are worn out and it is not clean. The bathooms are fool of someones elses hair, and it needs general cleaning. Someone was smoking in the room before.
Stuff are ince and friendly.
Bfast is ok, some veggies, and eggs. Once again , not what's on the pictures.
Neighborhood is not very nice.. .
