Great hotel, service and location. Had a fantastic first-time experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the staff are exceptionally polite and always ready to assist. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, as the hotel has excellent security measures in place. Highly recommend!. .

Fantastic view with and extraordinary breakfast. We stayed at the Novotel for a week and were very sad to leave. The rooms were clean and simple. Breakfast was wonderful, offering both savory and sweet options with a fantastic view. The Chef there, his name is Serkan and his team are really great and care about their guets and their needs. Special Thanks to Serkan Chef. The front desk staff were endlessly accommodating, kind and generous with their time. Great people and thanks to Hassan and Mehmet. Highly recommend!. .

. While the location by the water and shopping/dining is good, the room was quite a bit below standards for a 5-star Novotel. Several things were not working or in disrepair, and the room smelled of smoke. The hotel also backs onto a busy street, so keep this in mind for lower floors as it was noisy. The pool was also under renovation, which is a shame as it was a major factor of us booking the place. I would say the room for the most part was below expectation based on the photos. The restaurant however, was as nice as the photos and we had a good experience there.
We ended up canceling our remaining 2 nights, and switching to a boutique hotel in the same neighborhood for a fraction of the price, which is simpler but cleaner, friendly, and has working a/c! . .

Great hotel with a great view. We always stay at this hotel on our visits to Istanbul. The rooms are the perfect size for a short stay. The hotel is close to many and various ferry terminals and it is right in the centre of Istanbul's nightlife. The new art museum is just a short walk away. The breakfast is probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in many a year and the view from the dining room is superb. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the fish was so succulent and tasty. Our stay coincided with my birthday and the hotel left a lovely cake in our room on the day. You don't get that very often.. .

. Nice location and rooms were OK, but staff was not always helpful and I was charged for the room by them even though I already paid beforehand. Will be a mess to sort out. Also I later found out the rate they charge for the airport shuttle is about three times the rate of using alternatives. . .
