Do not go here if you value your safety!!! Huge fire risk and dangerous overnight stay which we had to endure with NO re. Staff were nice. Made us (two young girls) sleep in a room that had a huge very dangerous/fire hazard leak dripping from the bathroom roof down to the floor and out the toilet which kept us up all night worried that the roof was going to collapse and was so noisy pouring out. They didn’t get anyone in to sort till the next day, didn’t move us to another room or another hotel. We were told to stay in that room and not to use the bathroom and had to use the staff toilet overnight with no shower facilities which we’d paid for. Received NO refund even though we had not received what we had paid for - a safe bedroom with private bathroom..

Good location to metro and good restaurants plus walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. I enjoyed my stay and was happy that they were able to assist me with a travel adapter which was very helpful. Loved how close it was to the metro and the options of restaurants. The rooms are on the small size for the price but considering it is Paris - can't complaint.. Nice short break. Bedroom was beautiful like the decor,love the table arrangement with kettle mugs etc, mattress were too hard for the both of us but again this is something that is different for every individual, staff was very welcoming, location was good , patisserie nearby was awesome, overall good experience will definitely stay here again. .

Bad. . I booked my stay at the hotel several months in advance, and everything appeared to be in order. However, upon arrival today, I was informed that there was no record of my reservation.
This situation was quite distressing, as I had to find alternative accommodation on short notice and ended up paying double money for another hotel.
I later discovered that the hotel did have my reservation in their email. I urge anyone planning to stay there to confirm their booking directly with the hotel before arrival to avoid experiencing the same issue I faced..

It was okay for the money. - Bed was very comfortable
- Room was a good temperature
- Staff were nice
- Rooms were cleaned well everyday
- Nice bathroom
- A lot of storage space. - There was no good lighting in the room apart from the bathroom, we had a few broken lights in the room so it was very dark.
- We asked for a street view room and we didn’t get that or we didn’t get what the pictures showed along with the room.
- Hotel was very dated needs redecorating.
- The lift was absolutely tiny, struggled to fit both of us in and didn’t fit in our suitcases so had to make two trips and back.
- No full length mirrors.
