6-7 of 10. its quite hotel not busy and crowdy elevator always available superior location next to the mall. the room and the bathroom wasn't clean enough. no tissue available, no soap i have to ask many times to receive the soap. most of the staff not English speaker !!! the billows was not smell good or the not changed before i come. I request the room service but they didn't vacuum. i request once the laundry they said its close and it was only 12 PM they gave me only one access card of the room since I'm alone, therefore every time i leave and come back the room very hot..

It was such a comfortable hotel to stay in and I enjoyed while I stayed there.. Everything the service was amazing and so clean also the staff were so friendly and helpful.. Nothing I liked in general..

Excellent Stay— will be back. This is an excellent hotel with fantastic hospitality. It is across the road from a shopping mall, which is fantastic! It is very close to the unesco historic city centre. The food, spa facilities and extras (e.g pillow menu) were all superb!. .

Very good staff and management. Clean and very welcoming General Manager is very much involved in everything. Always asked if everything was ok, if we needed something. The staff is very good. Everybody is doing their best. The housekeeper Hanife deserves special thanks. Always smiling and very good and fast at her job. Overall, it was a good stay and İ will definitely come back.. .
