Not a good hotel to stay. So disappointed with the hotel. We booked because of good reviews but when we checked in there the hotel a bit messed. Rooms not very clean and every floor got stuff like bed frame near to the lift and feel like we stay in construction place. Reception ladies so arrogant and not friendly. Wifi too weak and all furniture inside room like old.. Wifi too weak and staff not friendly.

The worst experience ever. Nothing
It had a front door to get out. The most luxurious thing about this hotel was the spare toilet roll we brought from home.
This is the worst ‘hotel’ experience of my entire life and I have stayed at many hotels. It is rather a 1 star hellhole which happens to have some beds in rooms, and its owners have decided to make as much money as they possibly can by doing as little as possible.
The cupboard was mouldy so much so we had to keep the windows open the entire time we were there. Could have developed respiratory diseases in there. Health hazard. Mould in the bathroom. No espresso capsules for the coffee machine. Everything is shabby, run down, in need of repairs and modernisation. Asked for an extra towel and the chap on reception acted liked I’d asked him to add me to his will. Rude, abrupt, totally unwelcoming.
The toilet was like a public toilet with paper that you definitely do not want near your skin.
The entire place (not a hotel) stank. Carpets on stairs were threadbare. Room was awful. Booking,com says 7 or 8 stars. Please ignore. Must be their mates doing reviews. This is not worth 1/10. Check photos for evidence. Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more and enjoy your time..

Passable. The rooms are too small and the mattresses are not comfortable. The bed they gave us was not leveled.
They never answer the phone when you call. I tried to call before my checking, but there was no answer. Even the Booking team was not able to reach them. The location only.
