Great little hotel in the 9th. We enjoyed staying 6 days at the hotel. We found the location very good because there were lots of restaurants nearby and the walk to several metro stops was very reasonable. Being close to the Gallaries Lafayette was also very nice. The best part was the very friendly staff. They were very helpful giving us restaurant ideas and helpful finding how to get to the sightseeing spots we were headed for. The morning breakfast was also very nice. Our room was large, clean and had all the things we needed. . .

Great staff and wonderful experience. . We arrived a bit early and had to wait for our room to finish being cleaned. When it still wasn’t done at the given time, we were comped a breakfast for the following morning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our room and the outdoor terrace located close by. When we left, the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful with instructions about the airport bus because we couldn’t get an Uber or cab after 45 minutes of trying. We also loved the location of the hotel. It was in a little quieter of an area while still having numerous dining options close by. . .

. I wish there was a 3.5 rating. The good: Very clean. Updated room. Lobby area is nice. Free snacks/candy/water in lobby. Hotel staff is very helpful during check in. Easy hotel to find. Interior rooms are super quiet. Air conditioning works great. The bad: Corridors are very dark and tight (even by European standards). Interior rooms get no sunlight (even from the interior window) and create a real claustrophobic feel that can be quite unsettling. There are no pictures of the interior rooms on the website. The Metro lines closest to this hotel (Green M12) are the most useless line on the Metro. 3 changes to get to Notre Dame, at least 2 for Eiffel Tower. I also experienced an issue where I checked out a day early to return to the states for a funeral. I gave 16 hour notice of this. I was on a no cancel room. Obviously the hotel had no requirement to refund any of my night that I left early BUT I called later in the day and they booked the room (totally filled hotel the night I was supposed to be there). An upstanding hotel would have refunded me partially because they did end up renting out the room. Fine hotel. Could have been better. Area is tough to get to and out of. . .

. Clean, very central, several Metro stations nearby. Quiet side street, but near Opera, Louvre, Galerie Lafayette etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice little terrace on the roof.. .

Draps sales mais hôte très gentil.. L’hôte était très gentil, mais les draps sentait extrêmement mauvais: odeur de sueur atroce. J’ai eu l’impression de dormir dans les draps sale de cet hôte, patron de l’établissement. Mais d’après ses dires, il loue des chambres le dimanche à un prix modique de 80€ pour payer ses factures et non pour faire du profit. Donc pour 80€, vous n’avez pas le droit de dormir dans des draps propre dans cet hôtel, en tout cas un dimanche. . .
