Basic and overpriced. This is a basic hotel. Basic hotels should not be charging ~1000 euros for 4 nights. It’s a shame, we really wanted to like this hotel but it was a big let down. The place feels quite run down. The room was tiny. You could not swing a cat in it. The beds are hard, the pillows are flat. Breakfast is overpriced. This hotel doesn’t live up to the standard of other Mercure hotels around the world. There is only one elevator which takes forever and the hotel staff, cleaners etc. will hold it up regularly because there is no service lift. We waited for over 10 minutes one time because the cleaners were keeping it open on one floor. There is a small lounge/library area in the lobby which we thought was for the benefit of guests. My partner sat down there just to get some time away from the tiny, cramped room only for the hotel reception to ask if he had a room there, like he was some random that had just drifted in off the street. The only redeeming feature is the location. It is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and there is a metro station across the road. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel. There are other nicer hotels around the area that offer better value for money.. .

Be careful.. I did not have a good experience at this hotel and staff were not helpful, I had some issues that I had to get police involved and the manager did not talk to me once. As a solo female traveller I would not recommend and I wasn’t safe here. I will say the room was nice and it’s a good location :). .

Great hotel. I love this hotel! The location is perfect, there are quite many restaurants nearby. The rooms are big enough and quiet, despite the metro station nearby. Breakfast was good with a big variety. The staff was nice and helpful! I can recommend, I will book this hotel on my next trip to Paris.. .

Enjoyable stay. Near Eiffel Tower,great rugby bar next door open till 2am. Breakfast was good.. Too hot at night, railway station across the road, street a little noisy at night. Didn’t find out we had breakfast included till 2nd day as we weren’t told at check in.

Good hotel and location. Had a short, two night stay at this hotel. We usually stay at the Citadines down the street but this time it was full. The location for us is perfect as we move a lot around the 15th arrondissement, and just across the Metro, which was perfect and could get to any place in Paris in half an hour or less. We initially had a room that was at the same level of a courtyard, we immediately asked to be moved to a higher room and the staff made a great effort to find us another room. The rooms are not very large, which is normal in Paris. The decor was very modern and the rooms seemed to be very refreshed. The corridors, on the other hand, were old and dated. It was a big contrast between the nicely decorated lobby and the corridors on each floor. We did not try the breakfast as it was overpriced, but there were plenty of options around the hotel, including several great boulangeries. We definitely recommend this hotel if looking for a good price/location/quality.. .
