Not good. The reception staff was very helpful in guiding us how to get to Paris and how to get to the train station especially Mohammad and Fabian. No toilets on the ground floor or any floor if you need to go have to go to your room
The morning breakfast staff was very very unhelpful on both days asked for scrambled egg and it was finished and no poached eggs either just self service boiled eggs and even those was short of supply
Everyday same bread cheese and croissants selection

Pretty good for the price and the location was great for us to travel into central Paris via RER.. Air conditioning worked OK, breakfast was a good selection, wish we had realised how nice the evening buffet was as we would have eaten there! Staff friendly and helpful.. Air conditioning dripped onto carpet, carpets not very clean and shower took an age to drain. In my daughter's room the sink dripped onto the floor..
