Average. The property was an ideal location for viewing Paris. There were some things within and without the hotels control
Without control-
Sadly every night there was cars outside and about 2AM-3AM continuously beeped their horns for hours and we were unable to gain any rest between these hours
Within control-
Our safe sadly was not working, after requesting this twice we did resolve this
This hotel upon our floor smelled strongly of smoke as if someone next to us was smoking, we did raise this to our first receptionist
There were some hidden costs that booking.com did not advise such as the €200 deposit ( However this was refundable but I am yet to receive this but this morning were advised it can take up to a week) and also the hidden city charge per night which was not advertised when booking, this was a further €36
Sadly there was nothing free within the hotel , with this being a 4 star we kind of expected a possible welcome bottle of water or anything really but anything food or drink wise presented in the hotel cost - This may sound harsh I realise and it does not mean to however the four sessions is a five start hotel and the hotel we stayed at was a 4 , we noticed the difference in a star.
