We recently had the pleasure of staying at El Palace in Barcelona for three nights, and it was truly our best stay ever. From the moment we arrived, everything was close to perfection.
The hotel was impeccably clean, and the accommodations were not only luxurious but also equipped with modern technology that made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of the food was outstanding, offering a delightful culinary experience that we will not soon forget.
However, what truly set our experience apart was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was kind, extremely helpful, and genuinely friendly. Their personal approach made us feel welcomed and valued, and we appreciated the little touches that made our stay special.
As we left, we felt a mix of sadness and warmth in our hearts, knowing that we had found a home away from home. For our next trip to Barcelona, we won’t need to search for accommodation again—we already know where to go!

Lovely, pampered immaculate property. Flawless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the El Palace. The staff was very experienced and made you feel taken care of. The concierge, reception, the breakfast crew, the bars in the hall and on the roof, the doormen and the maid were so professional. Our room was very quiet - even facing the street during the marathon we almost slept through the start. The room design and amenities were lovely. There is a small hall separating your bedroom from the outer door of your room which also kept your room quiet. I would return again.. .

Really felt like we were living in a palace, thanks to the people that run that place!. The staff was by far the best part. The beds were made comfortably and the cleanliness was great. The location was quite central. The complimentary drinks and snacks at the rooftop (and bar) made you feel quite welcome too.. I feel like most hotels in Barcelona, it was a bit overpriced by international standards. By local standards it was fine I guess because other hotels were similarly priced but this hotels services were great..

Outstanding hotel in all respects.. Top notch hotel in every respect. Facilities, staff, concierge, breakfast, airport transportation etc etc the BEST, the system requires me to write more which is SO STUPID. Ive said all that’s necessary or helpful its an excellent luxury hotel well located.. .
