Will I stay here again ? No . I was in a suite , 17th floor “best room in hotel “ but really didn’t feel like it. Property looks nice but it’s in a populated area . Heard music all night loud . And if you coming in the winter and like to sleep cool recommend to pick another hotel . They can only do heat in winter and cold on summer. Loud at night time and can smell a lot of cigarettes smoke.

Enjoyable stay. Great location for visiting all the sites, shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast and lunch (delicious) plus dinner also available. Nice lounge area. Comfortable room although on the small side. Very clean and beautiful view of the city/Bosphorus. We visited in March when temperatures were similar to the UK. Therefore the heating was on (throughout the hotel) and the air conditioning unavailable. Our room was far too hot even with the heating off, an additional fan on and the window open. Managed to sleep under a sheet only. The temperature was fine in the rest of the hotel but the rooms seem exceptionally hot.
