Love it. I absolutely love it! It's one of the best hotels I have been, small, cute, wonderful. The rooms are big, u can find everything you need in the bathroom, the beds are comfortable. Ppl are so friendly, so you feel at home. I love the breakfast. Its very close to bus and metro stations. I absolutely recommend it!. .

Winter Stay - New Year 2025. Nicely decorated. The room is spacious. Has a big cabinet to put all our coats. Has a tea table to place our snacks. The bed is comfortable. For our room, there is a walkway from the main door to the bedroom which provides more room for us to place our voluminous luggage. The bathroom spray jet is fantastic, and the toilet seat is heated. The receptionist lady is most welcoming. The hotel is located just 5 mins walk from a metro station. And on the main street next to it, we could takes buses straight to the Colosseum and other major museums.. Wish the insulation at the breakfast area was better (we visited in winter). The breakfast servings were mostly cold dishes. We would prefer some warm servings for breakfast..

This hotel is a true gem in Rome!. This is a wonderful hotel!! It is a great location near the Termini station as well as many of the sites in Rome that you have to see. Many reviews mentioned the non-descript entrance to the hotel - it is true but we just loved it. The directions given by the staff will easily get you there. The rooms are clean and comfortable! The heat worked well. The breakfast is just great! There are FRESH meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, fruits, and much more. They also made a fresh Capuchino for us each morning which was very welcome. They have an indoor breakfast sitting area as well as a covered patio in the courtyard. Is was a real intimate experience for us! All of the staff were so extremely helpful - from giving directions, calling a cab, or even helping book our train tickets to the cruise port an hour away. We met the owners and really enjoyed our conversations with them in the mornings. Lawren (sp?) helped with our train tickets - Thank you!!!. .

It's a little difficult to find the door, but still, it's not a negative, just a notice.

Exceptional. We were three girls in a room for four days. The room was big enough for the three of us and met all our needs. There was hot water in the shower and every day they changed our towels and tidied up our room. The breakfast was adequate with breads, spreads, cheeses, pastries and good coffee. the highlight was the staff who were kind and helped us with everything we needed - excellent service!. .

Good, but the building should get better. Cleanliness and breakfast.. Entrance and hallway..
