Poor communication/ customer service skills. I was scheduled to stay here for 5 nights but ended up leaving a day early due to being interrogated by hotel staff one day. The hotel itself is average but located close to the champs Elyse. The rooms are somewhat tight and have squeaky floor boards so you’ll likely disturb others when walking around!
One member of the hotel staff had poor communication skills and wanted to interrogate me due to not greeting him upon my arrival when returning from our office. He demanded I confirm which room I was staying in and provide proof by showing my room key. I advised the hotel staff to work on his communication skills given he is front office as they would lose a lot of customers if they are all treated as I was. I would recommend staying at maisons laffite or the Sofitel instead of here.. .
