Just a waste of money. Just stay at a cheaper hotel next door. No facilities as offered. . First, I got no answers via Booking about hotel directions or my complaints.
Second, I chose this hotel just because of Spa facility, which was not available but written on the hotel’s profile???
I was only told that the pool was under maintenance but no information about spa. So the 1st waste of money.
I got no instructions about hotel rules like breakfast time so when I woke up breakfast was already over and they didnt even offer any compensation, they charged me for breakfast that I didnt have. I had to pay for lunch and for late check out because only 2 waiters were working for the whole restaurant with full of people. So it took so long to serve, eat and pay..

Disappointed stay for the price but great location. Location near the airport, size of the room for a family with a toddler. We found some used washing cloth in the room, as well as some earrings of the previous guest. Makes you wonder If the room was properly cleaned.
Check in was too long, I’m not sure why does it need to take so long when we booked online… gets very frustrating when checking late in the evening with a toddler.
Breakfast was messy, we came at 9 and lots of items were already gone and not refilled. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed: it was Impossible to ask for an omelet at the omelet station, we had to find some staff to ask to have some water as the bottles available were all empty, etc
Pool is very big but it’s too cold to really enjoy. Showers at the pool are super cold..

Superb. Convenient. Walking distance to airport terminals.. Water is very hard so not so good for your dry skin. Shower head is partially plugged with mineral deposits from the hard water. No shower cap or skin lotion in room..
