Way to go Occidental Taksim “Exceptional Service”. Their very professional response…the hotel was overbooked and they immediately upgraded us to a 5* facility nearby i.e. the Barcelo Taksim.. Nothing!.

Can recommend!. I liked my room very much, it was very big with a huge bed! It was super comfortable and I slept very well! The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, had a lot of variety and fresh made food, also a lot of warm food. I liked it very much! Also I liked the spot just one street away of all the shops and restaurants in Taksim. And the street of the hotel was very quiet with only a few restaurants and small supermarkets.. Some other guests were a bit noisy in the early morning at around 7 am. And one elderly lady came knocking my door at 00:30 in the night, till i realized someone knocked my door like crazy. She was thinking it was her room, but then I opened the door telling her she's at the wrong room, then she finally left. But none of that is the the hotel's fault. I can recommend the hotel..

nice location, kind of okay hotel. very friendly staff, nice location, easy access. bad ventilation, uncomfortable bed, breakfast quality, wrong information about free parking, I had to pay extra for parking while on the booking page was written it is free..
