Second day for me at 2 am I did not find walter in my room I went down to ask for a bottle of walter they refuse to give mecoz 1 euro and half my money was in room and I was very thirsty and the guy in the reception tell me this is rules u can make a complain I told him are u sure of that ??? He said sure i ll not give you before I pay the one euro.

Room Is correct for us, just to sleep and take the shower. Can be better with one Big bed and no twin but ok for that.

Stay away! If they are too cheap to provide glasses in your room, you can be sure they are not taking care of basic clea. View of the pool was nice. Tile floors were attractive.. This hotel sucks. No water glasses (or even plastic glasses) in the room upon arrival. When asked for a pair of water or wine glasses at front desk, I was told no glasses were allowed in room because of past breakage. Finally, after a sincere discussion about the ridiculous prospect of drinking water with our cupped hands and much reluctance on the part of the manager, a pair of ridiculously thick but ever so precious wine glasses were released. Unreal experience for a hotel changing €100 per night. Also, the towels in room were old and thread bare, thin as dish towels and left more white lint on my body than feathers on a chicken. Do not book a room in this pathetic, cheap-ass hotel..

I expected more. The room is very nice with balcony, bathroom is very small, I can't move in it, and I'm small. Air con doesn't work, shuttle for airport should be a given service, 5-6 euros not 35 per person. The bar has only 1 type of white wine of horrible taste!?
The restaurant is closed. Reception and bar personnel are of poor standards. For the name of this hotel and what I paid.. I expected more. . .
