It was good for the price we paid ☺️. I really appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, such as booking a taxi, and their efficiency made me feel like I could trust them completely.. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the room could be improved. The shower, in particular, needs a thorough scrubbing, as I didn’t feel comfortable or clean while using it..

Great stay in a great location. On arrival we ended up staying at their other hotel, Peninsula, situated just in front, due to renovations being done at Hanedan. Nonetheless it was a really wonderful stay!
The staff were always very polite and welcoming (there really is someone at the reception 24hrs).
The room was quite spacious and comfortable.
Bathroom was clean and towels were replaced daily. The shower had the best water pressure I’ve seen in a hotel.
The breakfast room was at the top floor with both an indoor and outdoor area and it had maybe the best view of the sea that you could hope for!
The location was just perfect, very close to many of the main touristic attractions, as well as the departure spot for Bosphorus boat tours.. The bathroom had an occasional bad smell.. probably due to the sewer system..

Convenient, large room with great breakfast with view.. Large room for our family of 4. Great Turkish breakfast with view of the harbour facing Asia side of Turkey. Centre of all the famous Istanbul attractions. Helpful reception who offered to arrange tours just not something our family wanted.. Heater went off one of our night but was fixed after we called reception..
