Ateneo gardens hotel. Hotel was fantastic, Very clean, great location, just a short walk from Roma termini train and metro station All the desk staff were great, friendly, very helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them, always with a smile. Breakfast was top quality. We had to leave very early in the morning 3 of the 4 days before breakfast started so we were provided with breakfast boxes to go, which was fantastic. The one morning we were able to make use of the breakfast buffet, was fantastic. Great choice of food and again the staff were excellent. Some lovely family run restaurants around the corner for evening meals. Did not experience any of the problems that some reviews we read prior to going. Would definitely go back next time we visit Rome. . .

Poor unfortunately. We expected more from a 4 star property.. The breakfast provided was great. That facility for dining was nice as well.. Some of the reception staff were not as friendly or helpful as the kind female that checked us in. She was great! The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep. There was no ac in the room, but it was on in the public areas. This also made the experience very poor. It was too hot in our room..

Not a 4 Star hotel.... We asked ourself many times if this Hotel really is a 4 star hotel... No room service, no room amenities so you could get a cup of tea, the bar was closed... this can maybe be a decent 3 star hotel. At check out we paid in DKK without notice - this is done automatic was the answer.. that was 20Euro extra.. No I cannot recommend this Hotel.. .

Lovely staff, convenient location but no air conditioning.. The property is clean and close to the Roma termini train station. This makes it an ideal location for those in transit. The breakfast was great and there are lots of options for everyone. They even had GF cereal and dairy free milk options.. There is no air conditioner in the hotel. I didn’t mind but not everyone can tolerate that. The property while clean is in an area that you do need to be aware in. However, it is a major city so that comes with city issues such as homeless people. Fortunately they don’t hang around the hotel..

Pleasant. The hotel is near Termini station, it is clean, rooms are ok. The breakfast was poor.
