The best price-quality deal. The apartments are incredibly cozy and stylish, making us feel right at home! The hostesses were exceptionally friendly and kind, always going out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The location couldn't be more perfect. We truly loved every moment of our stay and left with such wonderful memories. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience!. Rare issues with hot water occurred on one day out of ten, and there was a brief problem with the internet connection one evening. There are no microwave ovens in the rooms, but I noticed one available downstairs. Kitchen cutlery is not provided as well as shower gels and so on..

Pleasant stay in the heart of Istanbul.. The location was great - right in the heart of Istanbul. The room was spacious, the wifi was fast and there was a plenty of hot water.. The room was a bit dark - poor lighting. Very thin walls, bringing lots of noise from the surrounding rooms. The stairs were extremely steep - but this was not a problem for us.

Central location but staff contrainings. The hotel is very well located close to Taksim square and the main Istanbul shopping street. It was really annoyed because almost one hour before the check-out the cleaning lady was knocking in my door to do the check out because she needed to clean that left the door like this in the photo before my check out, also run out paper toilet and even leaving the sign that the room could be tidy it wasn’t. The price is fairy for the location I’d recommend to find another place in the surroundings..

A Comfortable Stay at the New Pera Hotel. My recent stay at the New Pera Hotel was truly exceptional. Exceptional. Very good hotel if you want be near Taksim square and Istiklal street, you dont need public transport because in this area you have everything. See you again soon.. .

Noisy, Dirty and unsafe for kids. I recently stayed at the New Pera Hotel for 4 nights and I do not recommend it. A lot of the reviews here mention the noise levels and I thought I was prepared for it but I landed on a weekend and the party was on till 3am and it was extremely noisy. There were cockroaches next to the basin and cleanliness is not much of a concept. On the last day, the entire table collapsed on top of my 10 year old son and it was a miracle he wasn’t seriously injured but his shoulder was paining. What annoyed me is the complete lack of empathy - not once did they ask me - is your son ok ? Do you need anything. When I mentioned my son has shoulder pain - they fought back saying the table has 15 screws and that it was my son’s fault it fell down and that they have footage of us leaving the hotel. I had no words - only shock on my face. And all the positive reviews - soy can’t be sure how many of them are real because as you can see in the picture they offer discounts and freebies for giving positive reviews to New Pera Hotel. If you have small kids or expecting to get a good night’s rest - just skip this place.. .
