Good. Apart from my mates computer being damaged whilst in storage - and the manager not being communicative about talking with my mate- a flurry of e mails ending in zilch and a damaged computer…. The ladies on the front desk were very good….. .

Great hotel . Couldn not recommend this hotel enough. My daughter and I booked here for 2 nights there was a problem with our room which they rang and told us about the day before (ongoing work) so they upgraded us to a suite provided breakfast each morning and had a bottle of champagne on arrival. The reception staff were so friendly and accommodating one girl even helped me translate to an uber driver which was so helpful. Will definitely return. .

Another wonderful stay.. We have stayed at this property before and the breakfast was delicious. This time we did not have breakfast. Our flight departed to early and we were only there for one night .. .

Zero tolerance for loyal guests. As returning guests we expected better. Due to the Eurostar cancellations caused by an unexploded WWII bomb, we were only able to reach Paris a day late, staying one night instead of two. Despite the extraordinary circumstances, the manager insisted we pay for BOTH nights.
No flexibility, no understanding—just a cold response to loyal customers. A nice hotel, but this experience ruined it for us!. .

Nice hotel, reasonably priced and view of Eiffel Tower. A very nice hotel that is reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have en-suite bathrooms, safe and coffee making facilities. On our last two nights we were upgraded to the 7th floor which was a slightly larger room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is within easier walking distance from the Metro and buses.. .

Beautiful hotel in great location. Beautiful hotel, we were so happy to stay here! Big room, very clean and everything refreshed daily. In such a brilliant location, we were slightly out of the city but the 92 bus runs every 5 minutes and is less than 2 minutes walk away so couldn’t be better. .
