Lovely Hotel with Fantastic Views. We have recently returned from a fantastic relaxing break at the this hotel which is situated close to Hisaronu on a hillside overlooking Oludeniz Bay. The rooms and facilities at the hotel were excellent and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Days were spent by the pool and with both Hisaronu and Oludeniz being only short taxi rides away there was plenty of choice on what to do in the evenings. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will definitely being returning to the Sertil hotel. .

. Temizlik ve oda hizmetleri yok sayılabilecek vaziyette , hatta direkt yok. Fiyat performans olarak çok kötü , sadece manzaraya para veriyorsunuz .. .

Great quiet location and fab pool. Great hotel with modern facilities and high quality fixtures. 15 minute into Hirosonu and 5 mins to main road to get the frequent dalmus buses into Oludenaz, both of which have a multitude of shops and restaurants.. .

Views to die for! . What an amazing stay. Even with a few hiccups Rose made everything as comfortable as possible! I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality. The views from the swim room balcony are exceptional. The staff we so polite and kind. Will be back in the summer for another visit ❤️. .

. Pictures of this hotel are deceptive. The hotel is not well maintained and is much older than shown on the photos. We did not have a good experience checking into this hotel which ruined the vacation vibe. We had booked a swim up room with a sea view that was paid fully weeks prior to arrival, however they gave us a different room in a different building than the main hotel. When we complained they tried to justify that a sea view is not guaranteed but when they saw it was clearly stated in our reservation they offered a different room in the main building, which once again was not sea view and the room was under renovation! We didn’t agree and “suddenly” they were able to find the appropriate room we booked under the guise that someone else was supposed to check in but they changed their room. Our room had no towels and we had to go to the reception several times to finally get towels sent to our room. The restaurant buffet (both breakfast and dinner) was terrible. Upon checkout, they tried to charge us an extra $2500 for dinners and drinks at their restaurant that we did not use. They ended up cancelling those charges because there were obviously no signed receipts available to prove the purchases. The only positive attribute of this hotel is the view. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.. .

It’s an OK hotel. . Overall is a good hotel. Room (Tropical Deluxe Garden View Room) was very spacious which was good, but unfortunately I found 4 spiders in the room, and it didn’t seemed like cleaned at all. The bed as well was not really comfortable. Also the toiletries provided were old and it did not look good for a 4star hotel. Gym is very old too, machines and weights not in good condition. The only thing I really liked was the pool and the view from there. That’s about it. . .

. Beautiful location. Our room was comfortable and lovely to stay in. Residents are generally family based so it was a family friendly stay. Would recommend for muslim women especially as there is a good amount of privacy and pool can be comfortably used also. Only issue we had was with reception desk staff- had to call the front desk 4 times for an iron which we never received and the man rudely even said "this is the fourth time you've asked". Had to go to front desk to request fresh towels and for the room to be tidied as the sign we left was also ignored. . .

. The location of the property was excellent. The general Manger is very professional and customer service oriented. The staff were informative and friendly; however for English speaking guest it can be frustrating because some of the staff don't speak English. I enjoyed my stay and would always choose sertil hotel to stay if I am staying in olundiz. A big thank you to Fatima, Mr. Ohan(the general manager and his assistant who were very accommodating. Highly recommended.. .
