I stayed one night and was put in a tiny room with an inner courtyard window.
The room smelled awful and there was no hot running water for the entire time I was there(one night).
I spoke to the manager Silvia about my issues with the room and was assured of a full refund.
I have still not received it and have asked Booking.com to investigate.
When I went to write an email on Booking.com, the chat had been deleted by the hotel. I have of course taken a photo of the hotel confirmation to refund me my money.. .

Excellent stay. The hotel is the perfect place for a few nights in Barcelona. It is very clean, with super comfortable beds and large rooms and bathrooms. Very close to the metro and major bus line, but also writhing walking distance from Sagrada Familia or Park Montjuic for those who don’t mind taking a few steps. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, attentive with our dog and helped us find parking as well. I can highly recommend staying here.. .

I would come back for sure. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, very comfortable bed and clean room. But above all the hotel is super pet friendly. Actually, they had prepared the room for my doggies offering dog beds as well as water/feeder bowls. Great value for money!. Nothing.
