Helpful staff, close to the center. Staff is super nice and helpful. Clean and simple room.. There was no coffee/tea machine in the room, and neither any cups or utensils. As I was travelling with a child, this would have been appreciated..

Quite good place to stay but a little expensive for the quality. Cozy room, spacious bed, nice bathroom, locker in the room, big screen (easy to connect your YouTube or Netflix). The bed was quite stiff, no duvet, not enough fresh air, you could hear all the sounds.

Very poor. I am very disappointed with the quality and hygiene of your hotel, me and my wife got skin rush during our stay in your hotel, eventhough we reported and staff took action but I can say problem stayed and your beds are having insects in ....I will escalate this issue as it really pissed us off. I am very happy with good personel but hotel itself is in bad quality so no complaints on hotel staff.. .

A pleasant place to stay. The staff where great and really helpful with any request or question that we had. The rooms where really neat and tidy. Location was fine you could walk into main area of the city if you liked or metro really close that was easy to use. Overall a pleasant place to stay.. It was a shame the terrace and pool area where closed when we stayed as my children wanted to use that, but we understood it was being fixed so it was fine..
