Great location and a lovely team in heart of the old city.. Great location so could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff very helpful. We had top floor room with balcony which was awesome to sit out on and take in Istanbul.. Little bit noisy because you’re so central and trams underneath you..

Very great location great room compare to other room in istanbul this one was quite big and the AMAZING staff NUMAN. Location. Numan receptionist. He was veryyy kind and veryyy helpful always ready to go extra miles.. from the moment you book the hotel they text you to check if you need anything prior. They made themselves available on whatsaapp so that u can text them anytime. Really recommend and will definitely come again. To be very picky since everything was very nice was just the bathroom lock not working.

Great place to stay. The staff were excellent upgraded our accommodation and provided a couple of free breakfast. Very helpful in providing information and showing us restaurants, and giving directions to places of interest and directions to places. The only thing it’s loud on Friday nights.
