Definitely coming again. Guzal and ece are one of the most hopeful stuff at the hotel we had a lovey stay they were very informative and friendly. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are spacious and beautiful.

Great choice for someone who needs a hotel in Asaiain part for Istanbul.. The location, breakfast, available facilities, near by stores and restaurants. I was upgraded for free to a suite and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.. The bed & pillow were not so comfortable.

Very good. Although I found everything to be okay, I had reserved a room without breakfast. However, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel for the first time. We went to the breakfast salon, sat down, and started eating. In the middle of our meal, the restaurant manager approached us and asked for our room number. After a few minutes, he returned and informed us that our booking did not include breakfast and that we now had to pay for it.
I believe he should have asked us either at the end of our meal or at the reception during check-out. The situation created unnecessary stress between enjoying breakfast and having to handle payment, which was not a comfortable experience for a five-star hotel.
Overall, the hotel was very nice, beautiful, and comfortable.
The porter who assisted us with our baggage during check-out today spoke English perfectly. However, some of the reception staff during our check-in were not able to communicate well in English. I believe the hotel should consider improving the language skills of their reception staff.

Service - courteous, professional. Room - clean, comfortable but let down by issues in bathroom.. Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Overall the hotel was clean and well cared for.. Even though the water from the wash basin seemed hot, the shower next to it was cold. The toilet seat was loose and not secured to the toilet in any way. Could be lifted off, and would slide off when sitting on it. The 'city view' the receptionist had mentioned upon check-in was in fact a massive hole in the ground next door, where a new property was going to be built..
