Fantastic. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the reception stafff got to know you as a person not a number, they upgraded us fir nothing, the hotel was clean and comfortable
I got lost they directed me via phone back to hotel, it was beautiful it’s the people that made my experience here one I’ll never forget. .

City break to Rome hotel situated with transport links. Lovely clean hotel with comfortable beds transport opposite side of the road to go into the sightseeing areas as too far to walk to.On arrival we were told that due to a system failure there was no record of our booking. We were given a temporary room and had to move to another the next day The gentleman on reception the following day was much more obliging and friendly he made our stay there much better and apologised. Breakfast-lots of choice great staff working there. Only left 3stars due to issues on arrival.. .

Top staff made it worth it. Took the missus for a city break to Rome to mark her 30th birthday.
From the moment we entered up until after we checked out, the FOH staff were fantastic. We were greeted by a gentlemen who offered us a cold glass of water after our long travel, followed by a glass of bubbly on the house whilst he took our luggage for us. Even took the time to give us a map, and explain the public transport, the best places to see, best places to eat and how to get to each of the main attractions of Rome, he was more than helpful but I didn't get his name.
The rooms were lovely, beds comfy, shower great, hairdryers in the bathroom, a small living room area. All clean, tidy and fresh each day.
We had an unwanted wake up call, but it was handled by staff professionally and that's what matters.
The bar is open late, and a late night drink on the terrace isn't to go a miss.

Good stay. Room was okay, tidy and there was enough space for a single night stay.
Location was also okay considering the location I had to be on that day.
Personnel were nice, polite and available for our requests.. The room may be a bit bigger, especially if you have to stay more than 1 day.
Location is not really central but, in any case, you can easily get some public transportation to the city center.
If the goal is to visit the city center, maybe I would choose a closer location..

Very Good. Staff very friendly and helpful, nice hall/bar at the ground floor, very good breakfast! The area is safe enough, even if not very central but still close to bus and metro stations.I will surely come back in the future. The room size was a bit too small for the price paid, but I saw that it was difficult to find anything better in Rome those days.
