Warm , friendly and very Christmassy!. Very fitting with the surroundings - great facilities and front of house team ( the lady in the Golden Forest lounge/ restaurant needed to work on her Disney smile a little more ! ) but the rest of the team made up for it. As above only negative.

Comfortable rooms with easy access to parks and village.. Closeness to park.. Not enough plug sockets in room. Possibly a second lift from restaurant to check in,bar,shop and rooms area..

Charming hotel. Loved being close to Disneyland and the hotel decorations. Our room was far away to walk with our luggage and no lifts to get to our room, stairs.
