Great hotel and a stunning example of hospitality. The location of the hotel is great! The main attractions are within walking distance. There is a tram stop and a beautiful park nearby. We had a Twin Deluxe room - everything was done very thoughtfully, good soundproofing, many lighting options. I am very sensitive to sounds and have trouble sleeping when I travel - but in this hotel I slept like a baby=)The room was very clean. The cleaning staff is very caring, they do their job efficiently and discreetly. The breakfasts are very tasty, you can order additional dishes without extra charge. The fitness center is small, but everything you need is there. Special thanks to the team at the reception! They made our holiday special. They immediately created a great atmosphere, helped with all the questions. It is so touching: to come to another country to celebrate a birthday, and the staff immediately create an atmosphere as if you were expected here and are so happy to see you. A stunning example of hospitality!. nothing.

Exceptional. Wonderful hotel and excellent service! The location is convenient, there are many attractions nearby. From the hotel team(Ersin, Berat, Saren, Sebahat), on the day of arrival I received a gift, it was nice. Thank you very much.. .

Great hotel in fabulous location. Great hotel in a marvellous location....10 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Basilica Cistern. Diamond status acknowledged and we were upgraded to a one bedroom deluxe suite. It was on the first floor ...there was some noise from the street but it didn't disturb us. Breakfast was great....eggs, omelettes made to order and Menemen which was delicious. The breakfast staff were very on the ball....attentive without being intrusive. The Guest Relations Manager came over for a chat on the first morning. She asked whether it was a special occasion....it was our wedding anniversary....she was a really lovely lady. That evening we came back to chocolate cake, a fruit platter and a bedroom decorated with rose petals and balloons. What a lovely gesture. We didn't try the bar or the restaurant. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to this hotel when we next visit Istanbul.. .

Nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay! Pros: the staff was so kind in general and very helpful when any questions or issues arose from being in a different country; it’s a great location near a lot of sites (mosques, grand bazaar) and a park with a playground; people on the nearby streets speak English and are able to answer lots of questions for you in terms of directions; I love that they had a kettle and cups and little plates in the room and a fridge Cons: in general, while in Europe, we struggled with temperature regulation at night (maybe a combination of not knowing how to work the thermostats and the duvets being very heavy); the location is heavy with tourists so the areas along the street are very expensive; no included continental breakfast and no microwave; mold in shower (that was also everywhere else we stayed) Thanks for making our stay a good one, staff!. .

No sentence needed haha….my stay was simply WONDERFUL!. I loved that the hotel was located in district where there is so much history, excellent access to public transportation (which seems to be the case throughout Istanbul) and tasteful modernity. There is also an unmistakable laidback vibe which compels you to relax almost immediately. Breakfast was definitely a high point of my stay and so too were the staff who couldn’t be more welcoming and genuinely friendly. They say first impression counts and I couldn’t have a better first encounter than I did with Rabia; it just felt like home. Huge shout out to Berat and Ersin as well, excellent team in Reception. This has been one of my best experiences ever and cements the Hilton/ Double Tree as my go to brand whenever I travel internationally. Kudos guys!. I didn’t dislike anything..

Super location and comfortable stay. Super location for both business and sightseeing. At the hearth of the historic peninsula.The room size is adequate. Excellent WiFi. Good selection of tv channels with a large screen. Very nice breakfast with excellent service, Erdal overseeing the hall. Small but proper gym.. .

Istanbul holidays. We recommend the hotel and thanks to the kindness of the employees, we were greeted at the reception by Berat, a nice young man with oriental kindness who was there for any question. In fact, the entire hotel staff was top notch, from the restaurant to the rooms to the tourist information, I highly recommend it.. .

VERY NICE. We are very glad to spent one night in Hilton double tree hotel, the address is very good, very close to scenic spot, we can just walk to anywhere we want. And also it's very close to railway station, so we can easily go to airport. The most thing I like is their wonderful service, I must say receiptionist Berat and Jacob are very kind and very helpful (also very hansome LOL), they treat us as good friends, also they recommend how we can play around during such short time, and we are very satisfied with it. Thank you very much!. ALL GOOD.
