I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel. Location is superb, and so is the breakfast. The room is designed it a way that you have everything you need without being packed with items, spacious bathroom and a mini hall that adds feeling of spaciousness, nice taste and cozy decoration. We were checked in by Mattea, she was extremely helpful giving us local tips as where to eat and how to get around, very friendly and professional. Gabrielle at breakfast was super nice and kept the buffet with delicious pastries, coffee etc...We really felt at home. PLUS! rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view, chill out and have some drinks or bring your own!. Carpet on the corridors needs a little maintenance..

UNFRIENDLY STAFF. Overall very disappointed. The staff were very unhelpful and unsympathetic towards an incident that occurred to me while I was in Rome for the first time. I was really stressed out by the incident and I asked for advice and help but they completely dismissed my concerns and refused to help! WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN!. .

Very good. Great location, breakfast was good, however if there is heavy rain, this could be a problem on the roof terrace. Our friends had a very small room.

Passable. Good location, mini market two doors up. Small fridge in room with a kettle. Nice breakfast area upstairs. Resturants close by. Very close to shopping area.. Bed broken made a loud noise when you sat on it and you roll into each other, room too small could hardly move around bed with luggage. Couldn't hang up dresses as wardrobe was too short hung them on the mirror. Would be a good room for a single person..

Avoid unless skinny. Hotel Concordia is a small hotel located close to Trevi Fountain and fairly central to Rome, 45 min walk to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. You are paying for the location. The room…is bad. Getting there is worse. The elevator can fit one normal sized person or 2 really skinny people. The room is the same. If you wear anything bigger than a Men’s Large t-shirt, you will not fit in the shower, literally. I genuine had to suck in my stomach to get through the shower door and there was not enough room to bend down and touch my ankle once inside. The elevator and bathroom are the stuff of comedy sketches, not something that should actually exist. The floor is absolutely filthy and needs a lot of shampoo or to just be removed and burned. Be prepared to bump into everything, the space could be enough but is not used well. The free breakfast has a few perks but if you’re not in Rome for a while pass on it and find something else in the city. They have tomato juice, pineapple juice and water, but can make coffee to order. The cafe americano was smooth but smelled bad. My partner liked the cappuccino they ordered. The food is average: hard boiled eggs, bread, nutella, a random croissant quiche thing and some cured meats. There’s a McDonald’s around the corner, go there for breakfast. Feedback: use the walls! There are 2 cabinets in a room that only needs one and taking out the second will free up at least 10% more space. Hooks on the walls would help free up the floor.. .
